Air travel to access dialysis

A recent CNN article shows that patients in Puerto Rico are taking three round trip flights each week to access dialysis therapy after Hurricane Maria. Unfortunately, the dialysis accessibility problem is all too common in many places around the globe, where the nearest dialysis facility may be so far away that an entire day is spent traveling to and from the clinic.

How do we solve this? By creating an affordable home peritoneal dialysis system.
